Teen Night: A Floating Mind

Friday, January 23, 5–7:30 pm

What better way to start the new year than with 2026’s first Teen Night? This evening will center on art, mental health, and wellness. In the spirit of Monet and Venice, an exhibition featuring Claude Monet’s luminous paintings of the floating city, we’ll aim to achieve a floating mind—a state of deep relaxation.

Join us to explore ways to take care of ourselves, manage stress, and set intentions and practices for our minds and bodies. The night will also feature art-making, performances, and much more!

Free; registration  is encouraged. Open to ages 14–19. Follow #bkmteens on Instagram and Facebook for more details.

Teen Nights are organized by the Teen Night Planning Committee, our paid teen internship in public programming.
