Catalogue Description:
Terracotta statuette of a dancing pygmy or dwarf. Figure clad in narrow loin cloth. Heavy chain necklace around neck. Left arm held up against head. Small object, possible a sistrum grasped in left hand. Large circular opening between legs possibly for insertion of a phallus. Pierced loop at back of neck. Cast hollow in two part mold. Condition: Entire surface worn. Right hand missing. Major portion of legs missing.
