Catalogue Description:
Upper half of a male figure with a bag wig. Plain back pillar to bottom of wig. Much reddish paint on face and body, and traces on negative space; no trace of color on wig or back pillar; top of a white kilt. Likely a degenerate or provincial ancient work, rather than a modern forgery. Condition: Figure missing from elbows down. Right arm broken and mended. Major portion of flesh painted preserved.
