Catalogue Description: Small sculptor’s model of a female head in plaster. The face is of conventional type with full chin and sensuous lips. The headdress is of an earlier Egyptian type. Probably of Roman period – certainly no earlier than the Greek period. From the evidence of the surface the piece would appear to have been cast. Condition: Nose chipped, surface slightly weathered, various minor chips.
