Catalogue Description: Silver sugar bowl and lid, with elaborate repoussé decorations; part of a 5-piece tea and coffee service. Bowl and lid form inverted, egg-shape; bowl raised on slightly domed pedestal and has two squared handles that rise high above pot. Lid has molded finial in shape of flower that has become detached. Repoussé decorations: body covered with naturalistic still-life scene with pheasants, flowers, butterflies, potted plants, and fruits; lid covered with flowers; each handle has flowers and foliate decorations at ends and a ram's head at upper, outside corner; pedestal covered with flowers and egg-and-dart band around edge.
