Catalogue Description:
Papyrus fragment inscribed on verso with four lines of Greek. The text is a summons issued by the strategos of Herakleidou Meris of the Arsinoite nome to the archephados of Soknopaiou NesosNesios to deliver a man named Pakysis for a hearing. Oval Mud seal with impression (illegible). The design is indistinct. The finger prints of the sealer are preserved, as well as a trace of papyrus. Condition: Preserved portion in good condition. Fragile.
