Catalogue Description:
Colorless pressed glass sugar bowl (a) and fitted lid (b). Bowl is shaped like a goblet with a short stem and a round foot; cable pattern around edge of foot. Shallow domed lid has cable pattern around bottom edge; rises to rounded faceted pedestal supporting the finial which is the molded head and front paws of a lion in frosted glass.
