Catalogue Description:
Circular medal. Obverse: profile bust of bearded man (Henry Richard Linderman). Reverse: Wreath of laurel and oak leaves surround the words, "H.R. LINDERMAN / DIRECTOR / OF THE U.S. MINT, / FROM APRIL 1867, / -MAY 1869." CONDITION: Considerable wear and scratches, silver worn to expose base metal.
