Catalogue Description:
Limestone group of a monkey driving a chariot. The piece is unfinished being roughly blocked out. The back and one side have been outlined in black paint or ink though much of this is now worn away. There were apparently going to be two lions(?) drawing the chariot. Condition: Surface considerably chipped and worn.
