Catalogue Description: Small figure of a bird with long neck, solid body pierced horizontally through place where wings would attach. Beak is pinched out vertically; tail is a pinched-out horizontal flange; lower part of body is modeled into an oval “peg” where legs would be. Feathering of chest, body and wings are painted in dark brown paint; a horizontal painted band encircles peg 2.5 cm from bottom. Condition: Large shallow chip from right side of neck. Paint worn in several areas – left side of head, and chest.
