Catalogue Description:
Vessel of brown clay (completely fired) bearing buff slip with red-brown decoration in imitation of stone (granite or breccia). Painted on is the inscription: "im3hy hr Wsr w'b n 'Imn Nfr-hr". The yellow paint runs over the determinative for Osiris, the pot supported by a fott in "w'b" and the "hr" in the name. Condition: Slip worn from bosy of vessel; chips in rim. Wheel made. Abbott lists two pieces of painted cloth as having been found with this vessel.
