Catalogue Description:
Fayum portrait of a boy. Tempera on Tilia europaea (European linden, lime). Face almost full front; floral wreath around head, necklace. Right hand held in front of body grasping cup. Left hand held upright grasping a garland with tie strings. Painted border around entire painting. Condition: In general; good. Small spots of paint missing and some slightly loose.
