Catalogue Description:
Wavy-handled vase of elongated ovoid shape, almost cylindrical, with flattened base; concave neck, sloping into shoulder; wide mouth, irregularly shaped; moulded lip, rolled-back and protruding over neck. Light red clay. On each side a long ledge consisting of low, pushed-up indistinct scallops, with a distinct shallow groove on either side. Condition: Badly corroded; little of the smoothed surface is left. Efflorescence. Lip chipped. Flaws in pottery.
