Catalogue Description: Pewter swinging oil lamp. Saucer-like base rises in center to flat-toped dome that supports a U-shaped bracket. Reservoir shaped like upside-down pear hangs from this bracket and swivels on pins. Flat round top screws into round mouth at top of reservoir. Two copper feed tubes project from top, each has conical cap attached by metal chain. Ringed finger grip soldered to inside edge of saucer base for carrying; narrow copper wire ring attached to opposite, outer side of base for hanging. CONDITION: Good; allover scratches; gouges around mouth of reservoir and edge of top.
