Catalogue Description:
Chair with steel frame and nylon seating. Frame of black steel tubes: two identical sides joined by steel band stretchers at back near top and below knees. In profile, each side of frame is a continuous tube that rises straight up from back leg, bends over top, angles down toward seat to form chair back, bends horizontally to form seat, then bends in right angle to form straight front legs; metal disk slider on each foot. From frontal view, side frames angle out slightly so that seat is wider than back. Brown, open-meshed nylon wrapped tautly around frame and seamed at sides; nylon covers frame from back stretcher to front stretcher. CONDITION: Fair; some scratches, nicks, and discoloration in steel frame; large scuff on proper right front leg near foot; few small tears in nylon on underside of seat and one large one at back on proper right; hem frayed and coming undone at bottom edge.
