Catalogue Description:
Large white glazed earthenware antique platter, with an in-glaze blue transfer decal of a view from the Hudson River bank of the Indian Point Nuclear Power Station and to one side, a superimposed dark blue transfer decal of large tree. Short thick gold band applied at both sides of platter at end of transfer design and at base of tree. Condition: platter has firing frits and two chips on underside at top and to one side.
