Catalogue Description: Metal ornament designed to stand at the top of a shaft, possibly serving as a lamp or candle-holder. On either side of a hollow cone are makaras (dragon-like sea monsters) with small cylindrical cups on top of their heads. A tall tapering finial stands at the center, with flaming ornaments on both faces and on and around the makaras.
