Catalogue Description:
Comb with teeth at top and bottom, carved on two sides with pairs of elephants in square compartments, facing inward toward a compartment with a flower. The comb is now in three pieces, held together by metal pins and staples. It is likely, but not certain, that the comb was originally a single piece of ivory.
