Catalogue Description:
Two part, white-bodied bud vase, the larger compartment of horn shape terminating in a circular mouth with molded beading above a flattened ring, the smaller compartment of similar form terminating in a flared and ruffled mouth with low relief molding above a beaded border delineating the seam between the two compartments, all terminating in a conjoined, flared base with molded floral decorations above a stepped and flared foot. Overall pale pink ground accented with pale green at the neck and foot, the two bud vase compartments decorated with naturalistic roses and other flowers in greens, pinks, and yellows with gilt banding and beading. The larger with a gilt molded and applied handle of twist-turn form, the smaller with a similar handle of larger size in inverted position. Very good condition.
