Catalogue Description:
Pair of moccasins, decorated with beadwork in front in white, blue and red-brown beads. Cuffs are red wool; rawhide ties are natural. Very fine pair: spot stitch, side seam. Probably Plains Cree from Rocky Boy Reservation near Glacier National Park, Montana, where these moccasins were collected.
