Catalogue Description: Fragmentary terracotta figurine of a nude woman, slightly steatopygous, with head and right shoulder and arm missing. Crudely shaped, with slender body, wide shoulders, small globular breasts, with a strand of hair between them, straight arms, separated from body, hands laid beside thighs, unshaped feet. Fingers, wrists, and a girdle above gluteal prominence, with fringes hanging down over buttocks, are indicated by deep scratches. Two holes in back at waist level. Pubic region indicated by a lump of clay; another lump at wrist, perhaps to mark the thumb. Legs separated by shallow scratch in front, by a deep cleaving line in back. Drab pottery, partly black because of insufficient baking. Condition: Head, right shoulder and arm missing.
