Catalogue Description: Pottery mould for making a quadruple “wadjet” eye amulet. The mould is roughly oval in shape with one flat surface. The other surfaces are rounded convexly. In the flat surface are the depressions for the casting of the mould. The amulet made from this mould would bear the representations of four “wadjet” eyes. The eyes are arranged in two pairs, one pair beneath the other, and with one pair upside down in relationship to the other. Between the two pairs of eyes is the representation of two lotus flowers and stems. Condition: Small chips; otherwise good.
