Catalogue Description:
Pale green-glazed faience sistrum handle. The handle is decorated with two columns of text and a feather pattern. The two inscriptions, although drawn differently, seem identical. "Words spoken by Bast, Mistress of Bubastis, Mistress of Heaven, (I) give Life, Prosperity, and Health"? Condition: Top broken off; chipped at bottom.
