Catalogue Description:
Sage green glazed faience amulet in the form of a Wadjet-eye. The piece is pierced from side to side for suspension. The eye is represented on both sides of the piece. Above this frieze is a representation, in the round, of a recumbent lion. The lion's head is turned towards its right side. Condition: Glaze has darkened; the rear surface is somewhat worn; reddish stains.
