Catalogue Description: Blue-green glazed faience figure of Shu kneeling upon his right knee as if to support heaven. He wears a pleated kilt and a curved beard. A flattish eyelet on this back of the head is decorated with ribs to continue the striations of his tripartite wig. A break in the top of the hear leaves it flat. The plinth is rectangular; there is no back pillar. Condition: Hands and parts of forearms missing; large chip on top of head; much of figure faded to white.
