Catalogue Description:
One bronze seated figure of Isis. She seated without seat and missing nursing infant Horus. She wears lappet wig with vulture headdress, circular frieze from which spring cow’s horns and sun disc. Condition: The surface is black/Cu. The tip of the horn of the solar disk is broken off. The plinth underfoot is deteriorated along the front and right hand edge. Lead salts are evident along the front and on the solar disc. The surface is very pitted and distressed. Solid cast.
