Notes: It includes a 1 cent George Washington Stamp with a postmark dated Oct. 16, 1947 at 3:30 PM from Albany, N.Y. The address and personal note are both typed: 'Dear one and another, This week finds me home in bed with a severe cold in me chest and head. Have staged a noticeable recovery yesterday and today. I expect to be in Ips. next week some time tye center. Called the lawyer to-day A.M. See all you all then all. Give Gene his letter, Pleaze thanks you. L and B ws, Ess.' and 'Mr. and Mrs. Edward Apollinarius vov Suck, #6 Water Street. Ipswich, Massachusetts.' It also shows a U.S. Savings Bond stamp that reads 'Build Your Future Wisely Safely.'
