In polychrome in blue ground. Outer sides and back of chair covered in blue silk damask. Chair has arched, serpentine cresting; serpentine wings, and horizontally rolled arms. Seat straight in front; row of brass studes encircle base of skirt. Four cabriole legs; front legs with knees shell-carved, flanked by scrolls, ending in pad feet. Rear legs the same minus shell carving.
