MARKINGS
Impressed on inside bottom, in center: partially struck stamp of eagle with spread wings behind a shield, lines with stars on end (rays?) radiate from behind eagle's head, all underneath a beaded arch.

CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Pewter basin, round, rises from flat bottom to slightly flared sides, top edge angled out to form narrow, flat rim. Incised ring on inside around bottom.
CONDITION: Fair; bowl slightly bent / misshapen and does not sit flat; overall tarnish, scratches, and pitting; a few large spots of discoloration on sides.
