CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Rosewood chair in the Renaissance Revival style exhibiting Chinese influence in the design of the back splat, with straight back styles and curved crest rail crowned by a pierced circular medallion at top center; pierced symmetrical splat with opposed dolphins at top below crest and foliate motives below; on turned legs; rectangular seat covered in modern yellow damask reupholstered in April 1960 with maroon antique satin.
Condition: repaired in several places.
