Round, slightly dished off-white plate, with flat rim decorated with stylized design of clouds in turquoise blue and gray, and at center with stylized design of two irises in red and blue, and stems in gray and black. Off-white undecorated underside with slightly raised round foot rim. Condition: Excellent
