SIGNATURE Kuwagata Tsuguzane hitsu (signature of artist, who took the name Kuwagata in June 1797). Noshiro Ryuko koku (signature of carver, known to have worked with Kitao Masayoshi on other projects as well).
INSCRIPTIONS Title of image: "Edo Kuwagata Shoshin hitsu" (Edo drawn by Kuawagata Shoshin).
