CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Deep cup of very coarse brown clay, smoothed inside and on border of rim outside, on rather broad flattened base. Inverted bell shape, with first swelling then flaring sides; slightly molded rim. Definite bottom inside, with protuberance in center. Slightly elliptical. Three defined areas in upper half are dark-colored, perhaps painted.
Condition: Big piece chipped off from rim; two smaller chips in rim.
