CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Dado or frieze sample. Olive green relief flocking on dark red-flocked ground. Horizontal oriented frieze or dado with 10" repeat. Design divided into three horizontal zones. At bottom continuous scrolling leaf pattern with alternating upturned and down turned tulips. Narrower zone above two bands, one continuous chain of diamonds, other zigzag pattern. Largest zone at top conventionalized symmetrical dense design with three flowers at top, alternating with onion-dome design at bottom.
CONDITION - very good original condition; colors bright; all edges with minor tears.
