This glass bowl was produced by Sidney Biehler Waugh and Steuben Glass in 1935. Steuben Glass was a glass factory operating from Corning, New York from 1903 to 2011. During the course of the company's history, it developed several notable glass decorating techniques. For instance here you see the technique for frosted glass!
