Recto: U-shaped neckpiece closed at the bottom with a barbell supporting four squares at intervals each surmounted by a reversed diamond shape; each shape is labeled from left to right beginning with the ball at the left end of the bar (Lapis), each of the squares in order (Red, Green or Turg, Yellow, Lapis), and ending with the ball on the right (Red); drawing is completed on paper printed with an advertisement reading: "Dear Customer:/These Gaymade stockings are made with/the new superior "Cantrece II" yarn./Don't let the smaller appearance fool/you...it will give you better fit than you/have ever received in the past. The/yarn is made to give extra s-t-r-e-t-c-h." and numbered in the left corner 050061.
Verso: Triangular-shaped pendant open on the top to attach to a neckpiece (partially drawn), that supports nine small strips that hang vertically from the bottom of the triangle
