CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Aesthetic Movement silverplate sugar bowl. Flattened oval shaped bowl raised on four canted triangular legs terminating in circular feet with rosettes at center. Verso and recto of body engraved with identical asymmetrical stylized flower on illusionistic ground in conforming reserve; rectangular mouth with flared rectangular lip, decorated with floral band. Opposed open applied handles with reticulated stylized flowers at tip, and shield shape at join to body.
Condition: Good, with normal wear.
