CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Tall thin salt shaker with flattened hexagonal body (a) tapering to conforming tri-stepped foot, with canted shoulders and cylindrical screw on top (b). Flattened hexagonal body composed of two principal faces of three sides of hexagon each. Each side decorated with molded impressed cross-hatching. The center side on each face has this decoration at top only. Screw-on top is cylindrical with a circle of ten holes surrounding a finial that tapers to the top. Holes are larger than related pepper shaker, 2004.12.2a-b Condition: Fair to good. Much wear from use, some areas on each face worn through to base metal.
