CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Ivory-bodied molded ewer with flattened semi-spherical body raised on circular, gilded stepped foot. Body painted with asymmetrical naturalistic depictions of flowers in red, green, blue, yellow, and pink, all with gold highlights. Two tiered graduated cylindrical neck, painted with asymmetrical flowers, rises from center of concave circular form with gilded exterior and white interior to flared, undulating gilded spout. Opposite, square profile scroll handle curves inward to meet gilded disc-like knop at mid-point of neck.
Condition: Good.
