    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Squat white bodied molded jug in Neoclassical style of jasper ware. Bulbous body raised on flared foot ring. Lower body molded with two tiers of large gadrooning, tapering towards wide flaring neck that has a naturalistic medium relief of ivy leaves on the vine in white against a stippled background of pale purple color. The rim is flared and has two symmetrical scallops and a broad spout. Applied inverted L-shaped handle simulating a branch. Glazed interior. Very good condition.
