    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Pilgrim Vase; white-bodied porcelain; shape 504; flattened globular body on rectangular base painted in glossy black ground, enriched with white and gilt decoration. Front of vase painted with orchid and ferns in green and white, overlaid with gilt ivy vine. Reverse similar, but without fern. Gilt edging on round lip and base.
