    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Pitcher, unglazed buff earthenware (inside glazed). Bellied spape with flaring, curved spout above neck, sits on a circular foot rim. Moulded C-shaped handle with Pan-figure and a acanthus leaf. Moulded high relief decoration on belly on front and back of Bacchus-heads, alternating with scrolls and leaves. Above this band is a band of inverted lambrequin-decoration. Top part of jug is decorated with grape vines in relief.
