CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Candlestick (a) with detachable bobeche (b). Candlestick (a) stands on a square foot with applied, die-rolled, garooned band at edge, stepped dome rising to baluster stem with four shallow flutes; urn-shaped candle socket into which fit the bobeches. Detachable bobeche (b) is square with applied, die-rolled, garooned border; dished in the center around socket. Condition: Dent on upper shoulder of baluster of stem, rear side. One corner of bobeche bent downward. Otherwise, normal wear and scratches.
