    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Ovoid jar, with rather small flattened base, rather wide mouth, torus-lip, offset from body by neck-groove. Straight deep boring, banded alabaster, with a broad band of rough texture around waist. Condition: Rim slightly chipped. Flaws in stone at base. Slightly soiled.
