The Brooklyn Museum announces a summer exhibition of new accessions in its Print Department on Sunday, June 21st. A wide variety of styles and schools is represented. Among notable items may be mentioned a group of nine Rembrandts, a representative collection of the works of George ("Pop") Hart, a large group of French lithographs, several Whistlers, and a number of woodouts by Gauguin. The diversity of types represented affords an admirable opportunity for the study of prints from the point of view of process as well as style. The exhibition will occupy the Museum's Print Galleries until October 1st.
