Ages 8–13
Kids can spend their winter break getting creative over four art-filled days. Also sign up for After Camp to extend the fun!
Registration is now open!
Tuesday–Friday, February 20–23, 2024, 9 am–4 pm (After Camp: 4–6 pm)
Explore inspiring large-scale works by some of today’s most iconic artists as you visit our exhibition Giants: Art from the Dean Collection of Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys. Create both on canvas and through the camera lens, and produce imaginative projects that explore community and identity.
Gain skills with acrylic paints, and be inspired by artists such as Mickalene Thomas to invigorate your art with rhinestones and mixed media. Examine the work of photographers such as Jamel Shabazz to see how they capture the world around them, and then learn to use the camera and create dynamic studio portraits. Wrap up the week with finished paintings and printed photographs. Celebrate your accomplishments with friends, family, and refreshments as you display your art in our Open Studio at the end of the week.
Four days: $548; Members: $493 (join today!)
After Camp: $88; Members: $79.20 (join today!)
Campers bring their own lunches and snacks. Winter camp will be divided into two age groups (8–10 and 11–13).
