The correct spelling of this name is MENTUHOTEP.
Queen Mentuhotep was the wife of Pharaoh Djehuty, who ruled briefly during Dynasty 17 (circa 1624–1623 B.C.E.). She may have practiced medicine. Her tomb, in Thebes, contained a medicine chest (now in the Ägyptisches Museum und Papyrussammlung, Berlin) in which were found remnants of drugs, spoons, and dried roots.
