Brigh Brigaid

Flourished circa C.E. 50, Ireland

Brigh Brigaid (Briugaid, Brughaidh) was a brehon, or judge, in Ireland in the first century C.E. A brehon arbitrated disputes and interpreted the law. Brigh is cited in the Senchus Mór, a compendium of the ancient laws of Ireland.
