Aloara

Date of birth unknown; d. 992/993, Capua, Italy

Aloara of Capua was married to Pandulf I, also called Pandulf Ironhead, the prince of Benevento and Capua in Italy. Pandulf eventually established himself in much of southern Italy and when he was captured in 969 by the Byzantines, his young son Landulf ruled with the help of Aloara.
