Saya Woolfalk presents her interactive performance ChimaTEK: The Dinner Party Uploaded, which includes the Empathics, hybrid human-plant creatures that demonstrate the workings of their synthesizing machine. Woolfalk draws on museological, ethnographic, and ritualistic vocabularies and blends high and low aesthetics, providing a light-hearted look at a possible future.
